Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while patients in the observation group were treated with α-lipoic acid injection based on the treatment of the control group. Abstract

α-硫辛酸辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平的影响
目的探讨α-硫辛酸辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血清高敏c反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年5月在聊城市第二人民医院就诊的98例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予α-硫辛酸注射液治疗。观察并比较两组患者肾功能水平、炎症反应指数及不良事件。结果治疗后,两组患者血清环抑素C、视黄醇结合蛋白、hs-CRP、TNF-α、高迁移率组box-1蛋白及趋化因子水平均低于同组治疗前(P < 0.05)。结论采用α-硫辛酸辅助治疗可有效保护糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,降低hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,减轻炎症反应,且不增加不良反应的发生率,临床安全可靠。关键词:糖尿病肾病;α-酸;肾功能;超敏c反应蛋白;肿瘤坏死因子-α
