The obtained research data were analyzed with the help of the analytical pairwise comparison method in the hierarchy process. Abstract

The article analyzes of evaluation criteria for the construction variants of the Building Information Model (BIM). The article analyzes the evaluation criteria of the construction variants of the Building Information Modeling (BIM). Based on the different construction variants of the multistorey building information model, the most important criteria have been identified for the evaluation of BIM technologies in the construction project.
