The information gathering was conducted by an interview with open answers, focusing in the aspects which have a direct repercussion in teachers: the evaluation, the entry requirements and the permanence. Abstract

In this article it is described the results of a research done in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico, aiming to know teachers perception about Educative Reform (RE) to elementary school education aproved  in 2013. The research theorical frame are the structural reforms which sit bases to analize changes that reorganized institutions set.
