High-Speed Beam Steering LN Optical Phased Array Module using Comb-Electrode

Abstract

We fabricated an LN optical phased array module using comb-electrodes for high-speed beam-switching performance, targeting short-range indoor free-space optics (FSO) communication applications. The device design, fabrication, and switching performance are discussed in detail.
