Flow cytometry was used to detect the changes of apoptosis rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line after radiotherapy. \nResults: After successfully constructing CNE-2-RR radiation resistant cell line, MTT assay was used to detect the best inhibition rate of 20 mmol/L glycyrrhizin on nasopharyngeal carcinoma (58.86 ± 5.02)%. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the number of autophagosomes increased and the mitochondria and nuclei were abnormal in the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Abstract
