Retrospective analysis of 10 cases of ocular torticollis

Abstract

Objective To explore the identification and treatment of muscular torticollis and ocular torticollis by analyzing the surgical misdiagnosed cases of ocular torticollis. Methods Ten cases of superior oblique palsy patients were analyzed in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2016.Ophthalmic surgery was performed on all10 patients. Results Ten cases of congenital superior oblique palsy patients which4 patients of right superior oblique palsy, 6 patients of left superior oblique palsy. Five patients with inferior oblique resection, 5 patients with inferior oblique transposition, and correct horizontal strabismus during the same period, 10 patients with torticollis were all improved in different degrees. Conclusions The different causes of torticollis are treated by different methods.In order to avoid delay treatment, and bring patients unnecessary pain and economic losses, we should identify the muscular torticollis and ocular torticollis. 10例斜颈的回顾性分析

目的通过分析眼斜颈手术误诊病例，探讨肌性斜颈和眼斜颈的鉴别及治疗方法。方法对2013年7月至2016年12月我院收治的10例上斜肌麻痹患者进行分析。10例患者均行眼科手术。结果先天性上斜肌麻痹10例，其中右上斜肌麻痹4例，左上斜肌麻痹6例。5例下斜肌切除术，5例下斜肌转位，同期矫正水平斜视，10例斜颈均有不同程度改善。结论不同原因的斜颈应采取不同的治疗方法。为了避免延误治疗，给患者带来不必要的痛苦和经济损失，我们应该对肌性斜颈和眼性斜颈进行鉴别。关键词:肌性斜颈;眼斜颈;误诊
