Features of pharmacodynamics of cholinoblockers and cholinomimetics in Alzheimer’s patients

Abstract

The aim of the study was to investigate the features of anticholinergics and cholinomimetics pharmacodynamics in patients with Alzheimer's disease and to select alternative options in case of incompatibility with lifelong anticholinesterase (AChE) therapy.
