Program method in economic management of the union state

Abstract

The article presents the conducted research on the formation and spending of budget funds on the programs of the Union State of Russia and Belarus for 2000–2022. The shortcomings of the Union State programs during their development and implementation are shown, the directions for the development of the program method for the process of integration of the economies of Russia and Belarus are proposed. Taking into account the total sanctions of the United States and Western countries against Russia and Belarus, proposals for the implementation of import substitution goals and increasing the effectiveness of the programs of the Union State are justified.
