Abstract

A gold standard of a cancer diagnosis is an expert evaluation of histological biopsy sections. The accuracy of classification depends on the experimental data dimension, that can be increased using spectral information of the samples. An approach of computer-aided paraffin-embedded cancer tissue samples analysis, using IR and THz imaging technique and machine learning, is discussed.
