Abstract
Objective
TTo study the fracture finding methods and inferior lacrimal canaliculus anastomosis techniques, choosing the right duct support tubes to improve success rate of anastomosis of the disrupted canaliculus in emergency.
Methods
Directly under the microscope, looking for broken ends of the lateral inferior lacrimal canaliculus fracture, using extradural catheter new RS for support broken lacrimal duct ends by anastomosis of lacrimal canal.
Results
Of 128 tears tubular break (112 cases of the lower disrupted canaliculus, 16 upper disrupted canaliculus), 125 cases were anastomosis successfully, 3 cases could not find lacrimal sac while using open retrograde intubation with success.
Conclusions
It is a simple, easy, reliable and worth promoting method for anastomosis of broken lachrymal canaliculus.
