Elderly sleep disorders are very varied and cannot be underestimated. Sleep disorders in the elderly can be in the form of insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, and sleep related movement. Good management will help the elderly to have good quality sleep and prevent long-term drug use. Sleep disorders in the elderly also cannot be ruled out from various metabolic diseases and psychological stress, so an understanding of sleep disorders in the elderly is needed.
