Abstract
The goal of a total hip arthroplasty is the reconstruction of the joint architecture. In most cases, several approaches may be considered. That described in this chapter was introduced by Robert Judet and is derived from Hueter’s. This procedure imposes to use an orthopaedic Table. it respects peri-articular muscle system, and appears to be the preferential approach for prosthetic implantation according to a mini invasive protocol.
