The result showed that Robusta coffee leaves from Alor Island give the antioxidant activity with IC50 56,337 ppm. Abstract

Coffee is a very promising commodity. Besides being consumed as a famous drink with high caffeine content, coffee also has many compounds that can act as antioxidants.
