Quinazolines and its derivatives represent one in all the foremost active categories of compounds, that possess wide selection of biological activities like anti-bacterial, analgesic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory drug, anticancer, and anti-hypertensive, antifungal, anti-HIV, inhibitor, analgesic, medicament, antiprotozoal, antitumor, anti-tubercular activities. This review is an effort to magnify the immense potentiality of this ring system.
