Neutron cross sections of hydrogen in the energy range 0.0001 eV – 20 MeV

Abstract

Theoretical and experimental data for the neutron cross sections of ¹H are surveyed and values recommended for total and partial cross sections in the energy range 0.0001 eV to 20 MeV. Available experimental data are supplemented where necessary by estimates based on nuclear theory. Details of energy and angular dependence are given so that the data are complete for the purposes of neutronics calculations.
