Abstract

ABSTRACT RPA is an emerging technology today. Thanks to this, businesses have saved much time and labor costs. This article aims to improve the performance of employees in creating sales orders on ERP Systems, especially Fiori, a web-based ERP system. The article proposes an RPA framework to support employees in creating sales orders faster than usual. In the article, the Uipath, one of the well-known tools for robotic process automation, is used. Thanks to the UiPath, we design a framework and RPA system to create faster and more effective sales orders.
