Abstract

To develop a simple rapid, accurate and spectrophotometric reproducible method were developed for estimation of PARA - PHENYLENE DIAMINE in different Marketed  Hair dyes . The analysis of PPD    was performed using NaOH   solution as diluent and using folins reagent at 432nm respectively .The methods were linear in the concentration range from 0-50µg/ml. 市售染发剂胺含量紫外可见光谱分析方法的建立及验证
为了建立一种简单、快速、准确、分光光度可重复性好的染发剂中对苯二胺含量测定方法。采用NaOH溶液和folins试剂分别在432nm处测定PPD,在0 ~ 50µg/ml浓度范围内呈线性关系。从系统适用性、线性度、精密度、检出限、定量限、准确度、耐用性和鲁棒性等方面对方法进行了验证。该方法可用于市售发制品中对苯二胺的常规分析。根据ICH指南对方法进行了验证。
