Abstract

This paper focuses on the effect of different temperature levels on the chloride penetration through a saturated CEM I cementitious materials. The temperatures studied were 5, 21 and 35°C. In addition to experiments, a model based on the multi-ionic diffusion is proposed. It is highlighted that the temperature level has no impact on the chloride binding during immersion tests in NaCI solution, for the marine environment concentrations.
