Abstract

This study explains the extent to which the Quality of Human Resources, Cooperatives, and Economic Infrastructure Affect Economic Growth in Indonesia. The data sources used in this research are secondary data and data from 2013 to 2020 in 34 provinces of Indonesia. This study used descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. 分析合作人力资源和经济基础设施对印尼经济增长的影响

本研究解释了人力资源、合作社和经济基础设施的质量对印尼经济增长的影响程度。本研究使用的数据来源是二手数据和2013年至2020年印度尼西亚34个省的数据。本研究采用描述性分析与归纳性分析相结合的方法。归纳分析可以用几种检验来检验，即:(1)面板回归(2)经典假设检验(3)T检验和(4)F检验。本研究使用的变量为人力资源质量(X1)合作社(X2)经济基础设施(X3)和经济增长(Y)，采用面板数据;研究发现:(i)人力资源质量对印尼经济增长具有积极且显著的影响(ii)合作社对印尼经济增长具有消极且不显著的影响(iii)经济基础设施对印尼经济增长具有积极且不显著的影响(iv)总体而言，本研究中的自变量对印尼经济增长具有显著的影响。
