The present cost value (PVC) calculation technique economically evaluates the five wind turbines. The Enercon‑82 wind turbine has a capacity factor of up to 13.5% with a cost of USD 23.09, while Enercon-70 has a lower factor of 6.47% with a cost of USD 496,393. Abstract

Wind energy is one of the most important renewable energy sources whose technology and use have shown the fastest development and the economy has become competitive with fossil-based energy sources.
