Abstract

The present paper makes an attempt to investigate that various micro and macro factors are responsible for growth and development of entrepreneurship in small-scale business in Bangladesh. The background factors like strong education and training facilities, desire to achieve, accept responsibility, hard works, and risk orientation of the entrepreneur have a bearing on the success of entrepreneurs.
