Abstract

农产品的质量指其本身的理化特性、外观特征和成本价格，由于农产品的质量不同也决定了其用途的不同。食品是满足人体日常所需必不可少的物质，食品来源即为农产品。因此，农产品的质量安全直接影响了人类的身体健康。而在农产品的质量安全控制中要求农产品不能含有有毒、有害物质，不能威胁到人体健康。
