The tissues were processed and sectioned at 4µm and then were stained with Haematoxylin- Eosin. The observation of the slides was done under light microscope at 40x magnification and photographed. Abstract

印楝叶提取物对淡水鱼鳃的影响
生物农药植物印楝水浸提液对大鼠的毒性研究。印楝水提物LC50值分别为1.1ml/lit。对印楝亚致死浓度分别为0.11ml/lit和0.33 ml/lit。这些鱼暴露在亚致死浓度中15天。在第15天结束时,解剖鱼,从暴露组和对照组鱼身上取下鳃。在4µm处对组织进行处理和切片,并用Haematoxylin- Eosin染色。在40倍光镜下观察载玻片并拍照。暴露组组织病理改变,主要表现为:二次鳃片萎缩、变窄,初、二次鳃片有轻、中度炎症细胞浸润。说明印楝水提物对淡水鱼的呼吸器官有相当大的影响。【关键词】苦楝,苦楝,次生薄层
