Abstract

Experimental results of photogalvanomagnetic effect (PGME), magnetoelectric interaction, and remanent photomagnetization in Mn containing ferrites during multiple photomagnetization (PM) are presented. It is established that the irreversibility is inherent in the phenomena related to PM, if PM is carried out at room temperature by illuminating the ferrites with linearly polarized laser beam under dc magnetic field.
