Abstract
The one-pot multicomponent synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidinone derivativesusingstarch sulfuric acid as an environmentallyfriendly biopolymerbased solid acid catalyst from aldehydes, â-keto esters and urea/thiourea without solvent is described.
