Abstract

A directional wide band antenna with low profile on PEC is designed, The antenna includes 4 layers, the top layer is a slot radiation part, the middle two layers are the parasitic metal films with irregular rectangular holes, which are introduced by the joint of the EM software CST and the optimization method based on discrete coding.
