Pelayanan Publik merupakan kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pelayanan peminjaman aula merupakan salah satu contoh pelayanan publik dalam dunia pendidikan. Untuk mengoptimalkan layanan peminjaman aula di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, penulis membuat inovasi berupa website untuk memudahkan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum website dijalankan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai sebesar dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar yang berarti website layak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, 72.7% pengguna merasa puas dengan adanya website layanan peminjaman aula. Value of ANEKA is needed by every state civil apparatus in order to create an excellent service in carrying out its duties and functions. Public Service is an activity in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations. The hall loan service is one example of public services in the world of education. To optimize hall services at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten, we made an innovation in the form of a website to make it easier for users. This study uses quantitative methods to test the validity and reliability before the website is run. The results of the study obtained that the Vcount value was 0.899351 and the Cronbach's Alpha value was 0.824, which means the website is feasible to use.
