Abstract

This talk presents the progress on emerging visible light communication (VLC) system based on group-III-nitride superluminescent diodes (SLDs). Benefiting from the droop-free, speckle-free, and large modulation bandwidth operation, SLD becomes a promising light emitter for building white lighting and high-speed VLC system.
