However, the popularization rate of fitness and bodybuilding in our country is not very high, and many people are unwilling to participate. The scoring system for bodybuilding competitions based on ICT technology is very different from the original bodybuilding competition scoring system without ICT technology. Through a series of research and discussion, this article compares the above two systems and discovers the differences between them. Since fitness and bodybuilding have not entered the Olympic Games, our country's fitness and bodybuilding has not been paid attention to. At the same time, the differences between Chinese and Western cultures have also had a certain impact on the promotion of fitness and bodybuilding in our country. These problems have made it difficult for the development of our country's fitness and bodybuilding to move hand in hand with the world, and it has not been given good development opportunities. This paper conducts a series of research and discussion on the comparison of scoring systems through the light projection algorithm of ICT technology. Experimental research results show that there are great differences between the scoring system of fitness and bodybuilding competitions using ICT technology and the scoring system without sports ICT.
