结社和集会自由以及发表意见的自由是人民民主主权国家公民享有的基本权利。基于此,本文研究的问题是如何规范工人结社自由方面的法律保护,如何在玛拉查亚工场实施工人结社自由方面的法律保护,在玛拉查亚工场实施结社自由方面存在哪些障碍以及如何克服这些障碍。本文采用图书馆研究的方法,通过采访和收集资料,对PT.
