Abstract

A replacement name for the genus Melinda Pinas, 2000 (Lepidoptera, Erebidae, Arctiinae). Nilmeda nom. nov. is proposed for the genus Melinda Pinas, 2000, after highlighting its homonymy with the genus Melinda Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 (Diptera, Calliphoridae).
