A FSS (frequency selective surface) structure with partial ground has been introduced in this design. Three FSS strips have been used in parallel to antenna structure in the middle of the backside of antenna. The substrate used is FR-4 ($\\varepsilon_{r}\\, \\quad$ = 4.4). The design has two triangle-shaped patch fed by 50 $\\Omega$ microstrip transmission line which at its end has a thin strip line for impedance matching.
