Abstract

In the car back to the office, Tomas is feeling, as he often remarks, “stressed.” A lot has been going on in the practice. Over the last year there has been a process of expansion, with more and bigger projects than usual. New staff have been taken on. Systems have been changed, to try to make the process more efficient.
