MANAGEMENT OF MALIGNANT OVARIAN TUMORS

Abstract

The Ovarian Committee of the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (JOC) was established in 1961. Since then, using its own classification, it has registered different types of ovarian neoplasms. This paper describes the JOC classification as well as the management of ovarian malignancies based on the reported results in the literature of Europe, the USA and of our clinic.
