Abstract
As a heterogeneous category of malignant neoplasms with a variety of histological characteristics, chondrosarcomas are distinguished by the production of cartilaginous matrix. Oncological surgical excision is the preferred form of treatment due to the disease's inherent resistance to chemotherapy and radiation. Histological grading and tumor localisation localization are the most crucial prognostic indicators having a huge impact on treatment plan. The prognosis for proximal humerus chondrosarcoma has marginally improved, particularly for low and moderate grade tumors. This case reports a 32-year-old female who presented with shoulder pain for the past few days and was diagnosed with grade-2 chondrosarcoma. She was successfully treated with surgical excision of the growing tumor with reconstruction of the humerus.
