Ten theses for user's requests, actions and questions

Abstract

Users' requests for and questions about OSI standards are described in the form of ten theses. For transnational information exchange systems, internationally accepted standards and their harmonized usage are unavoidable. The development of improved standards has to be accelerated, particularly for future-oriented broadband communication systems. The merging of telecommunication and data-communication has to be observed.
