The Study was conducted with a view to find out the relation of life satisfaction of elderly aged people with their gender, marital status, educational qualification, socioeconomic status and types of residence. The samples of the present study comprised of 197, their age ranges from 65 to 90 years recruited from two old home institutes and outside of the old home institute situated in the same area
