Abstract

The seeds essential oil of the endemic species Mentha mozaffarianii growing wild in the south of Iran was analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and GC-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Charac-terization of individual components was performed using a commer-cial mass spectrometry library, and 25 components were identified. This analysis showed the presence of 3 volatile components, including piperitenone (35.6%), piperitone (27.1%) and 1,8-cineol (10.7%) as the main components.
芒萁种子精油化学成分研究
采用气相色谱(GC)和质谱联用(GC- ms)技术对伊朗南部特有野生种芒草种子精油进行了分析。使用商业质谱库对单个成分进行表征,鉴定了25种成分。结果表明,其挥发性成分主要为胡椒烯酮(35.6%)、胡椒烯酮(27.1%)和1,8-桉叶醇(10.7%)3种。
