Abstract

According to the characteristics that possessed by the temperature control process for heat treatment furnace, fuzzy algorithm and filed bus technology are applied to heat treatment in this paper. Two-way data communication between the computer and the thermostat is achieved through RS485 bus. For the current furnace problems of inaccurate temperature control and overshoot running temperature, fuzzy algorithm is used to achieve optimal control for heat treatment furnace, in line with the temperature requirements of the work piece under heat treatment, while the real-time temperature data acquisition is achieving.
模糊控制算法在热处理温度监测系统中的应用研究
根据热处理炉温度控制过程的特点,将模糊算法和现场总线技术应用于热处理过程。通过RS485总线实现计算机与恒温器之间的双向数据通信。针对当前加热炉温度控制不准确、运行温度超调的问题,采用模糊算法实现热处理加热炉的最优控制,符合热处理工件的温度要求,同时实现温度数据的实时采集。
