A hydrodynamic simulation is carried out for the Ennore 2017 Chennai oil spill of India and corresponding trajectory analysis is performed. Abstract

Oil spills near the shore is an important environmental problem. The oil spill has to be contained in the early stages of the accident which otherwise would spread rapidly making it hard to control.
