Abstract

The technique of forming thin films of single-walled carbon nanotubes by ultrasonic spraying an aqueous dispersion. The developed technique allows to form a film of single-walled carbon nanotubes of large area and highly homogeneous . The technique allows to form a nanotube coating on the surfaces of complex shape.
