To collect information from lifestyle questionnaires (LSQ),  Halbert Marital Relationships (HISD), Behavioral training package was planned which was taught to the experimental group in 9 sessions of 60 minutes virtually. The results of the research hypotheses were analyzed using analysis of covariance and SPSS software version 25. It is recommended to use this educational model to change and improve the lifestyle of cold-tempered women.
