Abstract

The article reveals fundamentals of the topical and highly discussed problem in pedagogical sphere, i.e. the problem of education effectiveness. Education effectiveness appears in literacy, education, culture and pupils' mentality. Knowledge and abidance of etiquette norms is of primary importance in pupils' essential qualities forming.
