Abstract

Innovative, reconfigurable frequency selective microwave components are essential to reduce the expanding transceiver systems' complexity, size, and cost. This paper presents for an intrinsically switchable and bandwidth (BW) reconfigurable FBAR filter by using the electrostriction effect in ferroelectric barium strontium titanate (BST).
