Research on Micro-Credit Impact on Farmers' Income: Relevance, Question and Measurement: A Case from the Areas in Western China

Abstract

With field investigation, model analysis and data validation, the article analyzes the relevance between micro-credit and farmers' income, and then considers that micro-credit can produce a significant impact on farmers' income and the impact is positive. When farmers have more access to micro-credit and use it directly in production activities，the increase of their income will be more obvious and effective. The article analyzes the question of micro-credit impact on farmers' income and provides the corresponding countermeasures.
