Abstract. An annotated checklist of the terrestrial mammals of Los Angeles County was compiled, based on over 10,000 museum records spanning over 100 years of scientific research. Part 1 covered 42 species in the orders Didelphimorphia, Lagomorpha, and Rodentia. Part II provides an annotated list and abbreviated synonymies for 46 species of terrestrial mammals in the orders Eulipotyphla, Carnivora, Artiodactyla, and Chiroptera.
