This is the first study to show leadership type and clearly identify how this leadership type influences software product line performance through self-efficacy. Abstract

A software product line is a new development methodology for the specific needs and a prescribed way. The whole institutionalization of new development methodology involves a transformational leadership and individual self-efficacy to acquire new knowledge and to effectively initiate, launch, and manage SPLs.
