Abstract

Similar solution has been obtained to the problem of laminar film condensation on a porous wall when the normal velocity at the wall is proportional to -14 th the power of longitudinal coordinate. Both temperature and velocity profiles are calculated. The effect of normal velocity at the wall on the profiles as well as on the heat transfer can be observed.
