Abstract

Working-out of Medical records in chiropody lies within the general objectives of Accreditation and Evaluation in Health National Agency. The latter develops tools and methods for the health practitionners predisposing a quality approach to the users of health system. It makes up a system of reference built on rigourous methodological basis. This record represents a design which will be available versus activity fields of practitionner. It formalizes the follow-up of the patient and makes easier the communication of clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic data in the pluridisciplinary medical expenses.
