Abstract

. Let ϕ be an analytic self-map of the open unit disk D and let ψ be an analytic function on D . The weighted composition operator C ψ , ϕ is the operator on the Hardy space H 2 given by C ψ , ϕ f = ψ f ◦ ϕ . Under some conditions on ϕ 1 and ϕ 2 , we try to ﬁ nd a subset of the numerical range of C ψ 1 , ϕ 1 + C ψ 2 , ϕ 2 and determine when zero lies in the interior of the numerical range of C ψ 1 , ϕ 1 + C ψ 2 , ϕ 2 .
